This one is pretty fun. All you have to do is grab the tractor and start pushing crates into the water. There will be plenty of Carnales around trying to stop you, but there isn't much they can do to your truck. Just ignore them.
The only thing that makes this slightly difficult is that you only get about 35 seconds between each crate to get them into the water (and some of them are a bit hard to get to), so you'll have to move kind of quickly.
