This mission is pretty tough, so bring a good bit of ammo, and make sure you have food for emergencies. You have do complete three parts to finish this one.
The first part is relatively easy, you just need to kill six Carnales. No big deal. When the second part starts up, the game annoyingly sticks you right back out in the middle of the field with whatever health you had when you finished part one, so hopefully you can hightail it back over to the relatively safe area of the truck trailers before you are toasted.
You now have to survive for just two minutes. Sounds a lot easier than it really is. There is a lot of resistance, and you will be in an almost continual gun fight here, so do your best and use that food when you have a spare second with no one shooting at you.
In the final part, you only have to kill two guys. Unfortunately, they have RPGs, and aren't afraid to use them. Once again the game sticks you right out in the middle of the field, so run for cover. Personally, I sent RPGs right back at them, but a good rifle would also work as long as you keep dodging the rockets. With a bit of luck, you will kill them before they get you. Once you kill the two boss guys, you gain the territory.
