As strongholds go, I actually found this one to be relatively easy. You are going to be storming the same police station where you had the run in with the Vice Kings last time. In this episode, the VKs have got some of your people in the basement, and your job is to get down there and bust them out before they kill the homie they are beating on.
You have to keep moving, so make sure to bring food along, because you don't have time to wait for your health to regenerate. Keep shooting anyone in the way and make your way down to the basement. Once you get there, focus on the two guys beating on your gang member. Once they are down, you don't have to worry about the time limit any more.
Now you have to make your way up to kill the leader. Depending on how many Kings you left alive on the way down, this may not be all that difficult until you actually reach the top floor. You will run into a bit of resistance, but probably not anything you can't handle. Kill the leader and the territory is yours.
