Before you start this, make sure you have plenty of ammo for all your favorite weapons. You aren't going to get a chance to run over to the Friendly Fire once it starts. When things go bad, support Dex, Troy, and Julius. Make sure you baby-sit them and revive them when they go down (and they will). You fail the mission if one of them dies.
Otherwise, this is a straight kill everyone mission. When you get to the end, you have to kill the boss (name omitted to protect from the dreaded spoiler). I used a RPG to take out the truck, then a good amount of SMG ammo to finish him off.
