This is a pretty tough mission, as you have to escort a truck back to Saints Row while it is being attacked left and right by Los Carnales. Bring lots of SMG ammo and a good car (I used a Five-O). Grab Troy and head for the docks. Once you get there, take out any Carnales shooting at the truck. I personally stayed in the car while Troy was hotwiring the truck, but whatever works for you. Just make sure that no one is doing any damage to that truck. You need all the health you can keep on it.
Once Troy has the truck rolling, keep on it, and take out the drivers of any Carnales cars that are attacking. If you can keep doing this, you should be able to get the truck back into Saints territory. Once there, you finish the mission.
Grab a decent car and head out to the airport, we have a couple of CDs to grab. Also, before you go, grab an RPG from your crib, you will need it to get a car.
