This is essentially the same as a pushback disguised as a mission. You have a bunch of Carnales in the Row, and you need to kill the Lieutenants. I won't go over this step by step; you should know the drill by now.
The only real difference here is that there are a lot more Lieutenants than you usually run into (there are 14 of them). As always, try not to get too enmeshed in gun battles with the hirelings, you want to go after those leaders. Be careful of the one with the rocket launcher.
