This one is pretty straight forward. Take a decent weapon and head over to the first lab. Now, the Carnales aren't just going to let you go in a wreck their equipment, they're going to put up a fight, so expect quite a bit of gunplay. Once you destroy the second lab, you win and pick up another 2 territories.
Drive over to the nearest Friendly Fire and pick up a knife and a .44 Sheperd. We are going to take two more targets off our hitlist now.
