Okay, make sure you have plenty of ammo for your favorite weapons, as usual. Head on over to the abandoned police station (really? An abandoned police station??). When you get there, help out with clearing the defenses, but don't get bogged down. Your ultimate job is to get into the station.
When you get in, you will see your target almost right away. You won't be able to get her, though. At least, not at the moment. You just need to clear out the building, working your way upward. If Johnny goes down, make sure to revive him. Once you get to the top, you get a cut scene.
Now make your way back to the church. I would suggest ignoring the car sitting in front of you and take one of the purple gang cars nearby (they are Hammerheads). It's much faster and makes the run to the church a lot easier. Once you get there, you've finished yet another mission.
