Make sure you bring plenty of ammo for this mission, as usual. Anyway, the first part is to drive into Prawn Court and take out four of the King Lieutenants. Pretty easy as long as you are carrying a good SMG and can just shoot them from inside the car.
Once that is accomplished, head over to the whore house. There will be a fair bit of resistance outside the entrance, so thin it out and then make your way inside. Once you are there, you just need to clear the building of any Kings you find. Do that, and you've claimed another territory away from the Vice Kings.
