Okay, we have ourselves another ending mission, so you can probably expect to have to play through it a few times before you successfully finish it. First, make a long drive up to Impressions to pick up Stefan.
This is probably the hardest part of the mission. The cops are going to be all over you, and you have to drive quickly but without hitting a lot of stuff. You want to scare Stefan but not kill him (at least, not before he tells you what you need to know). Do your very best, if you can get past this part, you are golden.
Once Stefan spills the code, make a beeline for the nearest Forgive and Forget to get the police off your case. If you need to, you can even stop by Rim Jobs to make sure the car doesn't explode on you, but that's up to you.
Now, when you are ready, head for the office building. There's a fair bit of resistance here, but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle. Use some food if you need it, and make sure to revive your gang if one of them should go down.
Upstairs, you'll need to kill a lot of machine gun wielding secretaries. Once you have them down, your target is just through the next door.
That's it. You've eliminated the Vice Kings.
You'll see the next cut-scene now, and then the credits are now going to roll. But that's not the end of the game yet, so just let them run. There's more to do.
