Alright follow the car, not too far, not too close. When he stops, head inside guns blazing. You don't have to worry about the girls, they are locked in a back room. Just kill everyone. Once that is done, walk up to the door where the girls are, and you'll find you need to go get the key.
Head over to the strip club (it's not far, just around the corner) and once again kill everyone (do you see a pattern here?) Grab the key and return to the warehouse where the girls are. When you let them out, some new Vice Kings will appear, so shoot all of them. Make a run for the outside and grab a car (make sure it has enough room for all the women). Then just drive over to the church, done.
