Get a nice strong car. I like to use a police car (Five-O) or, if you can get one, a truck of some sort (like a garbage truck). The Anchor van you earned from the Escort activity works pretty well too. Then go meet Lin outside the Ultor Dome. Once you are finished with the cut scene, it's time to go run down the truck.
Head out of the parking lot, take a left, and get onto the freeway (make a u-turn onto the ramp so that you are heading east). Hit the truck a few times to make it pull over, then jump inside. It's a long drive back to Mission Beach, and the Rollerz are going to be all over you like white on rice. Fortunately, they can't do much to you in the behemoth you are in, so just ignore them. When you reach Mission Beach, that ends the mission.
