There are 75 tags hidden throughout Stilwater. To call this an Activity is a bit of a stretch, but since it is listed under the activity section, I'll go ahead and mention it here. I won't go over where all the tags are here, I'll save that for the Walkthrough section. Don't worry, there will be detailed directions to get to each tag there. Keep in mind, rival gangs tend to get a little bit pissy when you cover their tags, so be careful when you are spraying them.
You get a bonus to your stamina (which controls how far you can sprint) every time you complete covering a particular rival gang's set of tags (so if you cover all the West Side Rollerz's tags, you will get a bonus). There are 25 tags for each rival gang. Once you complete all 75, you get unlimited stamina (i.e. your stamina bar never drops). For every 15 tags you cover, you get +1% completion (for a total of 5% if you cover all 75).

Note that these are cumulative, so if you complete any two sets of tags, your
endurance bar will drain slower than if you complete any one set.
