Don't kid yourself. Hitman is hard. There are 24 targets (eight from each location) and each one counts as a "level" in terms of completion percentages. What makes this hard is that the targets are often not where the game says they are going to be. And even when you happen to run across them, you usually won't have the correct weapon on you that you need (and by the time you go and get it, the target is long gone). I won't go over where to find each one of the targets here, I'll do that in the walkthrough. The real trick with Hitman is to not try to do them all at once (hunting for them is an exercise in frustration). Keep your targets in mind as much as you can (I always keep one on the HUD at all times), keep a variety of weapons ready, and when you happen to see one of them while you are doing other things, drop everything else you are doing and take them out right then and there.
